Terra Care, Inc. has provided landscape, irrigation, landscaping support and construction to the various companies I have overseen for the past twenty years. Those companies have included:

Terra Care has provided support for all types of Office Buildings, Retail Centers and Industrial Buildings from Jacksonville to Tampa/Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale. They have been the sole landscape provider for the above companies during my tenure with each company. The success of Terra Care is their attention to detail from insuring all shrubs are free of weeds, all turf areas are green and free of insects and sidewalks/parking lots are completely swept at each visit. Terra Care keeps management apprised of all activities related to landscaping and insures management has proposals needed and required to complete annual mulching, tree trimming and other related landscape services.
Terra Care has provided landscape support to several Downtown Orlando Office Buildings, Winter Springs Town Center, Northlake Business Center (six buildings), Alta Lakes Commerce Center (four buildings), Interstate South Business Park (six buildings), variety of industrial buildings ranging from 2 acres to 200 acres and several retail centers.
One of most positive attributes of Terra Care is their willingness to accept responsibility if something does go wrong and to make it right without cost or conflict with the management company. They also keep the property managers aware of all issues at the different buildings even if it’s not related to landscape. That’s a big help for our property manger’s who aren’t at each property every day.
